What we collect

Account data: your email address, name and login method. Billing data: your Stripe customer id and purchase history (card details stay with Stripe). Content: the prompts and images you submit and the videos generated for you. Basic technical data such as IP address for security and rate limiting.

Usage data: which pages you view, the website that sent you, your device type and your approximate country, collected by the analytics tools listed below.

If you join a launch waitlist we store only your email address for that purpose.

How we use it

To run the service: authenticate you, process payments, generate and store your videos, prevent abuse, and send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts, launch notices you asked for). We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), our AI video model provider (your prompt and image, to generate the video), our hosting and storage providers, and our email provider. They may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

For usage data: Google Analytics (Google) and Vercel Web Analytics.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and as required for tax and accounting. You can delete your account from the settings page; generated videos and uploads are deleted with it. Uploaded photos are sent to the model provider to make your video. We also keep a private copy of each photo, and of the character image made from it, for 7 days — only for support and quality checks — then delete it automatically. They never appear in your library or on any public page.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to processing. Email support@tinydeskaimeme.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

Cookies needed to run the service: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a security cookie used during sign-in. Your light/dark choice is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_WD9FLN609D) to count visits and to see which pages lead to sign-ups and purchases. It never receives your photos, your email address or your payment details. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Vercel Web Analytics uses no cookies and only counts visits in aggregate.

When you pay, Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies for fraud prevention, governed by Stripe's cookie policy. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser — blocking the session cookie means you can't stay signed in.
